Ian Mcclure
Based in Dubai, Ian McClure is the Chief Information Officer at Cigna Healthcare Middle East and Africa. In this role, Ian shapes and leads the regional technology strategy and ensures alignment with business priorities and the enterprise technology strategy.
Having joined Cigna in 1991, Ian has gained 30 years of experience working within Health Insurance performing roles in Finance and Operations functions before specializing in Technology which has been his focus for the last 25 years. He has successfully led and delivered many transformation, digital and technology change projects.
In addition to his strategy and delivery responsibilities, Ian is also accountable for technology strategy within Cigna’s Joint Ventures in India and Turkey.
Prior to relocating to the Middle East, Ian was responsible for the Cigna Europe and Middle East technology function and was a member of the Cigna Europe executive team.
