To customize your Cigna Healthguard insurance plan, first select your desired area of coverage and choose between a regional plan (Healthguard Regional plan) or an international plan (Healthguard International plan or Healthguard International Plus plan). Each plan offers different coverage options and benefits. You can then choose one of the four network tiers: General, General Plus, Comprehensive excluding AHD, or Comprehensive.
